Community Supports & Links
At E&D Supported Living, we recognize that meaningful, sustainable supports are strengthened through collaboration with established community partners. We coordinate the supported adult’s individualized support with recognized provincial and regional service organizations to ensure safety, inclusion, and long-term stability.
Community Living British Columbia (CLBC)
Community Living British Columbia (CLBC) is a provincial Crown agency that funds and oversees services for eligible adults with developmental disabilities across British Columbia.
The supports are structured to align with CLBC’s person-centred planning framework and quality service expectations. Through CLBC-funded or coordinated services, supports may include:
Supported living and home-based care
Community inclusion and participation
Skill development and life planning
Risk mitigation and safety planning
Ongoing service review and accountability
Our service coordination reflects CLBC standards related to rights, well-being, safety, and meaningful community participation.
